Performance Boot Camp is a dynamic program covering the full spectrum of fitness: resistance and cardiovascular training, stretching, goal setting, and motivational techniques. This camp is results oriented and is heavily focused on improving physical performance. In addition to traditional strength and endurance work, you will improve agility, balance, and increase core strength through plyometrics, sprints, ballistics, and medicine ball workouts. This is an indoor-outdoor program and participants are often outside (rain or shine). Performance boot camp is offered in morning and evening time slots.

- at least 80% attendance is suggested
