5 Weeks -- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

MODERATE Intensity

The Low Impact program is challenging, yet not as intense as other Genesis camps. It introduces participants to a broad range of cardio and resistance work while minimizing running, jumping, and bouncing exercises. This is an indoor/outdoor program with more time spent indoors, especially during the winter months. The late morning start time and friendly atmosphere make it appealing to work-at-home parents and professionals.

This camp is ideal for people who . . .
  • have not recently been exercising or are looking for a moderate approach to exercise.
  • are looking for a less regimented atmosphere and respond well to positive re-enforcement.
  • have difficulty doing a lot of very dynamic exercise like running and jumping..
  • would enjoy exercising outside on nice days, but prefer to stay in during inclement weather.
  • like to be coached and encouraged, but not criticized.
