LEVEL-10 Boot Camp

1 Week -- Monday thru Friday

This camp is our most challenging program and is taught by United States military fitness professionals. The direct, no nonsense, approach of this program is designed to help you break through mental and physical barriers with teamwork, discipline, constructive criticism, and competition. The bulk of this camp is made up of calisthenics, long and short runs, stretching, and repetitive bodyweight movements. A very high level of commitment, effort, and focus is expected of everyone. Level-10 is offered in the early mornings, and summer-time camps are held exclusively outdoors. Four workouts in each camp are held at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Due to the challenging nature of this program, it is required that you first successfully complete our Performance program or meet the prerequisites outlined below before enrolling. Be ready for an extraordinary feeling of pride and accomplishment when you successfully complete this camp!

This camp is ideal for people who . . .

  • have previous fitness experience, are fit, and want to be pushed to the next level.
  • respond well in a highly structured and disciplined atmosphere.
  • feel comfortable with dynamic exercises like running and jumping.
  • are up to the challenges of being wet, cold, and dirty.
  • are not sensitive and are open to constructive criticism.

Prerequisites / Requirements:

  • at least 80% attendance is required
  • 10 minute mile
  • 10 continuous push-ups on toes
  • 25 continuous sit-ups
  • a strong motivation to succeed
